Bold thieves in Burien rammed a truck into a gas station convenience store and then ripped out the ATM inside.
The burglary happened at a 76 gas station in the 11200 block of First Avenue South shortly before 4 a.m. Friday.
King County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Tim Meyer said two men in a Chevrolet Silverado drove the truck into the store’s front doors and then pulled out the ATM. Photos from the scene showed the store’s glass front doors missing. The door frames and metal gate that had been in front of the doors were lying next to the gas station’s sign.The door frames and metal gate that went over the glass doors are now lying next to the store's sign.
