The undeclared tadalafil may present"serious health risks" to users of this supplement with underlying health issues. For example, PDE-5 inhibitors may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs , and this interaction can result in lowering blood pressure to"dangerous levels that may be life-threatening," according to the recall notice. People who have diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease often take drugs that contain nitrates.
