Walfall also has a great support system and a routine for keeping her head in the game; her mom stays with her during filming, and she often calls her dad, brother, and grandmother.“They are always on my side and always give me such good advice and just remind me to be grounded,” she says. “A big support system for me is ice cream and just sweet treats. I have such a sweet tooth. That always brings me joy and then I think when you come home, you want to metaphorically hang up your coat.
