Meek Mill was pardoned for drug and weapon possession charges from 15 years ago by Pennsylvania Governor.
Mill first served eight months in prison in 2008 after being convicted on drugs and weapons charges.
Later in 2012, Mill was detained again for suspected marijuana use.
