Facing such grim prospects, McIvor’s call for help was heeded by the community — and, for at least several months, the Ministry of Health. Buyaki returned home from the Nipawin Hospital less than a week ago and is receiving a monthly dose of 300 mg of NUCALA, McIvor said.“We were able to get her started thanks to the generosity of so many,” McIvor said.
“Morgan is very hopeful and also being really strong through all the side effects and physical struggles she goes through,” her mother said.
