Following a diet rich in plant-based foods and seafood can help lower the risk of getting dementia, according to a new study.

Fish is encouraged twice weekly and other animal proteins like poultry, eggs, cheese and yogurt are encouraged in smaller portions, according to the Harvard School of Public Health.The main source of hydration should be water.
