MEDINA, Ohio - A Medina County high school was evacuated Monday morning due to a bomb threat, according to district officials.
The Highland Local School District says they received a bomb threat made towards their high school, according to a district Facebook post.The district says they are calling busses back to the high school, and school will be over for the day once the busses arrive. Student drivers are allowed to leave, and those who don’t normally take the bus will remain at the high school until they can secure a rude.District staff and the Medina County Sheriff’s Office are sweeping through the high school to check for any suspicious activity or devices, the district says.Northeast Ohio high school football team caught stealing from Pro Football Hall of Fame
