California Rep. Maxine Waters calls Kay Ivey’s 'No way, Jose' ad 'plain racist ignorance.'
She added that she preferred to ignore the spot and keep “up the fight against racism and discrimination....We don’t have time to deal with that kind of stupidity and that kind of ignorance.”
