None of us can say definitely what tactics will be most effective to shift our approach to gun violence in this country. Still, it seems those immediately amplifying the murders of gun violence victims as a political strategy are prioritizing hypothetical benefits over the real trauma of survivors and victim families. Posting without consent of the affected parties denies them the ability to make their own decisions in response to what is already incredible devastation.
