Parts of the city centre have come to a halt after this afternoon’s ongoing incident at the Lord Chancellor’s office. Trams have been stopped between Corporation Street and Bull Street, and people have been urged to avoid the area.Crews were called to the scene after 4pm today A statement from the force read: ‘We are currently at the Lord Chancellors office, Bull Street, Birmingham.
