The change was presumably easy to make, with Marvel simply adjusting the color in basic image-editing software. The change is a remarkable one, suggesting Marvel does continue working on shows that have already been released on Disney+, updating and - in this case - improving them. It's pleasing to see Marvel paying so much attention to the official MCU timeline, especially when this is such a minor detail, one that could easily be ignored. Marvel Studios is increasingly struggling to ensure the shared universe remains cohesive, a result of the sheer amount of content currently being produced at the same time.
The Statue of Liberty is important for another reason, though. Like the comics themselves, the MCU is traditionally set in the "world outside your window" - a world just like the real one, only with the addition of gods and monsters. This is a deliberate creative choice, helping to ensure the MCU remains immersive to viewers. However, the Avengers: Endgame time jump involved massive changes, with half the living beings in the universe erased for five years.
