Neil Trotter always had an inkling that he would become a lottery winner, even going as far to tell all his friends and family that he would one day win big
A mechanic who won over £100m on the lottery after an eerie windfall prediction has admitted that his new lavish lifestyle bores him. Neil Trotter won the Euromillions prize of £107.9m back in 2014 - but was initially warned by the Camelot group not to spend it all straight away.
But since his big win, he quit his job, only to find that his new life of luxury and leisure was "quite boring". He said: "Going from having to work to not having to work any more was quite a strange thing to adjust to. I soon found out that sitting at home watching telly all day was quite boring." "I had such a strong feeling on the Friday that I'd win, I told the secretary at work. Winning allowed me to go back to my first love - racing. And I've the house with a lake."
