Man Utd legend Rio Ferdinand will be made an OBE for services to his sport and charity work during a Windsor Castle investiture ceremony.
Rio, who owns Rosso restaurant on King Street in Manchester, became embroiled in a race row when former England team-mate John Terry was accused of racially abusing his brother, Anton, in 2011 .
