EUGENE, Oregon — An Oregon man reportedly decided to take his family’s savings and literally throw it out the window.
State police responded to Interstate 5 in Eugene last week after receiving reports that a man was throwing $100 bills out of the window of his car as he drove down the highway,. Needless to say, the man’s actions were creating a problem as dozens of motorists pulled over to grab the cash. The driver of the car, Colin Davis McCarthy, 38, of Eugene, told police he was “doing well and wanted to bless others with gifts of money,”
