Police are still searching for the 42-year-old Delaware County man in connection with the Aug. 13 shooting on the 200 block of Cranberry Street.

Cameras recorded the BMW stopping, and its occupants interacting with a group of people on the 200 block of Cranberry Street. As the BMW continues east on Cranberry, the driver pulls out a gun and starts shooting out the window, the affidavit said. Foster was paroled from SCI Camp Hill on Sept. 15, 2022, according to Department of Corrections records.
