He went 'completely over the top'
A man has been jailed after repeatedly stabbing his victim during a street fight that involved three other people. Minutes after being beaten up by Craig Taylor and another man, Junior Bailey lunged at Taylor with a weapon during the incident in Radford on June 22, 2022.
The initial attack left Bailey, 35, of Palin Street, Hyson Green, with multiple facial fractures. Following extensive inquiries by Nottinghamshire Police, all four were arrested and charged in connection with the violence. Bailey was sentenced to four years in prison. Taylor, of Dunstan Street, Netherfield, pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm at an earlier hearing and was given a 16-month suspended sentence.
