A judicial investigation began Thursday after police in the northern Front Range plains town of LaSalle shot and killed a 38-year-old man in a vehicle deemed suspicious at a Family Dollar store, authorities said.
The shooting happened Wednesday evening after a person notified the LaSalle Police Department of the suspicious vehicle near the store,
a news release from Sgt. Kyle Peltz of the Greeley Police Department said. LaSalle, population 2,359, is about six miles south of Greeley.
