Instead, the group, like many others registered to speak, were told to enter an auxiliary room where they would provide their comment over webcam, as capacity for the public was limited to 35 seats for Thursday's meeting. "We were threatened with arrest as soon as the meeting started," Hester said."I came out, I pay taxes, I signed up to speak. I can do Zoom from the house."
