A 47-year-old man is facing charges after sexually assaulting a teenage runaway at his home in East Bexar County, according to deputies.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Malcom Barge on Tuesday and released a video of him in custody.
An arrest warrant affidavit states that Barge claimed he didn’t know the girl was underage. He refused to provide more information, investigators said.
