The young pair were allegedly approached at around 11.10pm on Friday March 3 in Argyle Street.
A man has been arrested and charged following an alleged unprovoked attack on another male and a woman in Glasgow on Friday night.
Officers were notified of the alleged assault yesterday and mounted an investigation. A 33-year-old man has now been arrested in connection with the incident.
