A man was arrested in Texas on suspicion of aggravated kidnapping in connection with an Amber Alert issued in Utah earlier this week.

Later on Tuesday, Unified Police said the girl had been found in Texas and that a suspect was in custody. A man with the same name as the 20-year-old suspect identified in the Amber Alert on Tuesday appeared in Bexar County custody and court records following the reported arrest. He was being held without bail.
