Investigators learned Kyle was allegedly driving over 100 mph when he crossed the center line and hit the Honda head-on.
Pueblo Counties deputies Thursday arrested a man on murder, vehicular homicide and child abuse charges in connection to an August crash in which three people died.
Kohen Garrett Kyle, 32, is charged with three counts each of first-degree murder, reckless vehicular homicide and DUI vehicular homicide and one count of child abuse resulting in death after an Aug. 23 crash that killed Marie Quintana, 56, of Aurora, Jesus Guerrero-Lopez, 48, of Denver, and Quintana’s 12-year-old grandson,Deputies on Aug.
Quintana, her grandson and Guerrero-Lopez all died at the scene, according to the sheriff’s office. The boy was ejected from the backseat of the Honda.
