A man suspected of breaking into Karim Benzema’s Madrid mansion was arrested whilst trying to cross into France.
In 2019 Benzema’s house was raided whilst Real were playing Barcelona in their Copa del Rey semi-final second leg clash.
‘He was held in the early hours of Thursday morning in La Junquera and has been remanded in prison following a court appearance.The unamed man is now the second to be arrested in connection to the robbery ‘The criminals had broken and forced open windows before entering the property and stealing items of high-economic value.’
