Police were called to the 1300 block of Watkins Road where they were told a male had been shot just after 11:30 p.m. on Saturday.Officers arrested a suspect, 23-year-old Jeremy Howard, charging him with felonious assault. Authorities also determined that the incident stemmed from a domestic relationship.Howard is being held in the Franklin County Jail and is due in court for arraignment on Monday.
