Zourian Stephon Lewis, 17, has been charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of Arne Richardson, 36, according to court records. Investigators in November responded to a report of a shooting in the 9900 block of Buffalo Speedway and found a man with multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Houston Police Department. The man died at the scene.

Witnesses told detectives Richardson and his girlfriend saw several people breaking into vehicles in the apartment complex’s parking lot, and Richardson ran after one of them to get his girlfriend’s property back, according to police. Lewis allegedly shot him.
