Zachary Charles Douglas is charged with murder in the death of Stephen Douglas Johnson, according to court records. Douglas is accused of fatally hitting Johnson with his hands, according to court filings.Officers found Johnson’s body Oct. 3 when responding to a report of a foul odor at an apartment complex, according to the Houston Police Department.
Police opened the apartment and found Johnson’s decomposed body, wrapped in blankets, inside a closet, according to the department.
