The cause of the York County fire is not considered suspicious, police said.
Richard Bowersox was discovered Friday evening inside his home on the 4900 block of East Berlin Road in Paradise Township, according to Northern York County Regional police.
Police said the fire started in Bowersox’s kitchen and is not considered suspicious. The Pennsylvania State Police fire marshal responded to the scene and determined the fire’s origin.Northeast Adams, Dover Township, West York, Nashville Volunteer and Dover Borough fire departments helped extinguish the blaze.
