Karoly Molnar, 60, has been charged with committing an indecent act and exposing himself to children under the age of 16. The charges are linked to an incident at Maywood Community School in November.

A 60-year-old man has been charged for allegedly committing an indecent act and exposing himself to students at a Burnaby elementary school in November.

A man had reportedly paced around outside the fence before allegedly exposing himself to students in the school yard, police said.Investigators also put out a call for dashcam video, as they believed the suspect had nearly been hit by a vehicle near Central Boulevard and Bonsor Avenue after leaving the school.

Karoly Molnar, 60, has now been charged with two offences in relation to the incident: committing an indecent act and exposing his genitals to someone under the age of 16. He is also banned from the area around Maywood Community School as well as from public parks and pools and anywhere else children under the age of 16 can reasonably be expected to be.
