Phil Spencer says you will soon be able to stream the games you own with Xbox Cloud Gaming on top of the games included with Xbox Game Pass.
Microsoft is close to adding another bonus for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, as head of Xbox Phil Spencer has confirmed that Xbox Cloud Gaming should support non-Game Pass titles 'this year.' While the feature was initially supposed to roll out in 2022, Microsoft has been quiet about when we'll be able to start using it... until now.
While it's exciting to know that we'll soon be able to play some of our own games via Xbox Cloud Gaming, the service frequently struggles with queue times, especially when games like Palworld explode onto the scene. It'll be interesting to see how the service also handles an influx of Ultimate members trying to play their own game libraries as well.
