Boats and gear were washed away in San Juan County over the weekend as water rose several feet in a matter of minutes, flooding everything out.
Justin Olsen and his family were looking forward to a good time camping on the San Juan River last Friday.
The campsites they wanted were taken, so they had to go down a little further. Once they got to their campsite a couple of hours later, things changed. At the same time, just a few miles away, Olsen’s dad took another video. It shows water flowing over Highway 163.
