The firm will move next year into 24,600 square feet of space in the 45-story office skyscraper that recently underwent renovations. “It will now be easy for our people to come into the office for meaningful collaboration and key client engagements when it makes sense for them to do so.”The new lease means that the office tower is almost 75% leased. Major tenants include Arcosa, the Dallas Regional Chamber, IBM, Munsch Hardt, Perkins Coie and Willis Towers Watson
