Interventions: Study medications were psilocybin, 25 mg/70 kg, vs diphenhydramine, 50 mg , and psilocybin, 25-40 mg/70 kg, vs diphenhydramine, 50-100 mg . Psychotherapy included motivational enhancement therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
