Though the Upside Down is traditionally a place of mystery and fright, MAC built off that atmosphere to create a wearable version of the world. “The eyeshadows are super high pigment, which MAC is known for,” Elliott says. He also specifies that the lip products come in sheer, wearable coloring options — one being a bright green shade that transforms into a flattering honey gloss when applied to the lips.
As for which palette Eleven might consider adding to her beauty routine, Elliott and John Stapleton, MAC Senior National Artist, believe she'd probably venture into the Upside Down. “That being said, the pop colors on the Hawkins side are also really fun, and you could create a mix that works on both sides of the world,” Stapleton adds.
