Both teams are coming into the matchup following a bye week, which could play a part in the return of Alabama's quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who suffered a high ankle sprain during the Crimson Tide's win against Tennessee on October 19. Following his injury, he underwent successful surgery, but he is still a game time decision according to Alabama head coach, Nick Saban. Tagovailoa also sat out of the Tide's game against Arkansas on October 26.
