The lone shooter in the incident – identified by police as someone who"did have a connection" to the bank location – is"deceased," police said. A White House official told Fox News that President Biden has been briefed on what is known so far about the shooting. Attorney General Merrick Garland also has been briefed, Justice Department officials said.
