A lorry driver has died after his vehicle crashed on a major road in Ayrshire
The incident involving a Mercedes Actros HGV happened on the A77 near Kirkoswald at around 9am on Wednesday December 28.
His family are aware of the tragedy, police said today. The road was closed and later re-opened to traffic around 12.30pm. “In particular, we are appealing for anyone with dash-cam footage that could assist our investigation to make contact with officers.”
