Lori Vallow being sent to Arizona per Brad Little
, will be headed to Arizona to face more criminal charges after Idaho Gov. Brad Little signed an extradition agreement Monday.in Idaho for the deaths of her two kids, Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow, as well as her new husband's former wife, Tammy Daybell.Her husband, Chad Daybell, who also faces murder charges, is still awaiting trial in Idaho. It's scheduled to begin April 1, 2024 in Ada County.One charge is from a Chandler case connected to the death of her fourth husband, Charles Vallow.
Earlier this week, Little signed the paperwork to send Vallow to Arizona to face trial for those charges, according to a spokesperson for his office.The backstory on the Arizona chargesThe first significant incident in July of that year is the death of Charles Vallow, who was shot dead by Lori's brother Alex Cox. Originally Cox told Chandler police officers he acted in self-defense. Now, investigators believe he conspired with Lori to have her husband killed.
In early October 2019, Brandon Boudreaux called 911 after someone tried to shoot at him. He wasn't hit, but investigators believe it could have been Alex Cox pulling the trigger.
