Mayor Neil Ellis with members of the Lloyd Pearce Foundation which has signed the City's Workplace Inclusion Charter. has signed the document pledging to make a commitment to inclusion in the workplace.
Lloyd Pearce Foundation founder and Board Chair Marianne Smith says they decided to sign the Charter because it represents so much of what they stand for.In addition, diversity and representation are at the heart of the Foundation’s mission, supporting a diverse group of individuals and organizations in the work that they do.
This program will help educate and prepare women with the necessary tools to either enter the workforce or help them with the next steps in going back to school.
