Living review: an extremely proper British film is the perfect vehicle for an extremely proper Bill Nighy

In 1950s London, a humorless civil servant decides to take time off work to experience life after receiving a grim diagnosis. After a lifetime of following the same routine, however, Mr. Williams all at once begins to act erratically, to the confusion of his subordinates.
