The team said they can't continue in the 'current climate'
The team at Clockworks in Wolstenholme Square announced the news ‘with a heavy heart’ saying they could no longer make it a sustainable business in the ‘current climate’. The closure was announced on the restaurant’s social media platforms and met with much sadness from customers, with some calling it the ‘best in Liverpool’.
“Unfortunately recent hardships have finally caught up and we can no longer make Clockworks a sustainable business in this current climate. Thank you to the staff, you have put the business first on countless occasions and shown a first class attitude in every aspect. Reacting to the news, customers shared their sadness. Hannah Bray said: “Oh no this is devastating. My favourite restaurant in Liverpool!! Thanks for such great food, service and tunes over the years”.
