Some 34 million Californians were under flood watch Monday, CNN reported.
National Weather Service forecasters expect storm to dump several more inches of rain, create more flooding concerns and bring winds that are expected to fell trees and power lines. The storm is the latest in a series of them that have been powered by an atmospheric river.
