I'm not.""So, what percentage of GDP are we spending on this budget?" Graham asked.
"Well, no, you shouldn't have to get back to me, you should know that," Graham replied."It's 3.1% of GDP. The last time we spent 3% below was in 1940, 1998, 1999, and 2000." Senator Lindsey Graham was critical of the president's proposed budget due to a predicted reduction in the overall number of U.S. ships.
