Bloc Quebecois Leader Yves-François Blanchet said that consultation for Trudeau means a short phone call followed by the PM doing whatever he wants. The committee suspended moments after 2 p.m. so MPs could attend Question Period and was supposed to resume after 3 p.m., but the Liberals never showed up, meaning the meeting was cancelled.
