That didn’t stop federal Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos from jumping into the Ontario debate even as he signed a health agreement with the province. Duclos’ office issued a statement to CTV saying they were closely reviewing the legislation to make sure it was legal.Article content “I think Ontarians clearly believe we don’t want to live in a province or a country where some people get to pay for one level of care and everyone else suffers,” she said Wednesday.
