Ethan Ryder, 34, of Bakersfield, uses the shops on Sneinton Dale daily. He said: "I love it round here, I remember going into Georgio's as a kid after school - Sneinton Dale wouldn't be the same without that place. Jane Parker, 65, has lived in Sneinton for 10 years. Now retired, she said: "It's very cultured here which I like.
Traders have also opened up about what it is like working in Sneinton Dale. Akmal's, which has been operating since 2018, is a clothes shop.
