So liberal Justice Rouleau “reluctantly” feels the threshold for invoking the Emergencies Act was met, albeit with concerns? He might as well have fully endorsed the invocation of the act, as the repercussions are the same. In other words, democracy is now officially dead in Canada. Tyrannical governments now have the power to stomp out any future protests, including the freezing of protesters’ bank accounts and of those who would sympathize with them.
Am I the only one who sees the irony in Trudeau’s claim that he had COVID and was unable to meet with the truckers, who were there to oppose mandatory COVID vaccines? As bad as all of this is, the worst part is that most Canadians just don’t care one way or the other.
