"I congratulate the ‘woke’ amongst us – they will save our humanity if it’s not already too late," writes Ed Healy.I don’t know how deeply the ‘woke’ game is embedded in Canadian culture, but it seems to have found a happy home south of the border.
I could go on like this for several pages, but the principle of ‘wokeness’ is fairly clear. Any demonstration of tolerance, or kindness, or sympathy or understanding of variety among humans, and you’re ‘woke’. As such, you’re open to ridicule from conservatives.
