I have made this recipe probably about 7-8 times by now. So easy to whip up and I get better at it each time I do it. Doing so, I've figured out a few things. As another reviewer points out, in the video Chris uses 2 whole eggs but the recipe calls for two yolks. I've made both versions as well as a version with one egg yolk and one whole egg and would definitely say that they turned out the best with two whole eggs.
