LEGOLAND New York Resort will open its doors in Goshen, N.Y. on Independence Day 2020

“The Northeast has been a huge area of interest of Merlin Entertainments Group [which owns LEGOLAND Resorts], as we haven’t seen a major theme park development in this region in more than four decades,” said Besterman. According to an online park map, guests will go under an arch leading to Brick Street, the first stop at LEGOLAND New York Resort containing a carousel called “Brick Party” with seats reflecting what objects can be built with LEGOS.
Lego Castle will greet young knights and princesses with rides including The Dragon, Dragon’s Apprentice, Merlin’s Flying Machines, Tower Climb Tournament, Builders Guild and Royal Stables. Lego City has two driving schools, a Fire Academy, Coast Guard Academy, The Wharf, City Station and Palace 4D Cinema.
