Brick Burger is bound for B.C.’s capital for a limited time on Oct. 7 and 8, when “the world of food and fun come together in a unique and exciting way” at a to-be-announced Oswego Street location. “At Brick Burger, we offer a one-of-a-kind pop-up dining experience that allows you to unleash your creativity and build your burger masterpiece from a selection of colourful and delicious bricks,” reads an ExploreHidden.comAccording to organizers, the menu will feature “a range of classic and specialty bricks made from the freshest and highest quality ingredients,” including beef patties, crispy chicken fillets and veggie options paired with all the fixings.
